Dr. Nojan Bakhtiari, DDS, FAAOP, is a board-certified specialist in TMJ and orofacial pain, practicing at his private clinic in Midtown Manhattan. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain.

Before establishing his own practice, Dr. Bakhtiari directed the Orofacial Pain & TMJ service at Yale‑New Haven Hospital (2015-2020) and served on the faculty at University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

With a keen interest in building resilient and sustainable private practices, Dr. Bakhtiari brings practical insights into how clinicians can thrive while delivering high-quality care.
